Relevance . The etiological agent in the development of persistent lymphocytosis and lymphosarcoma cattle is Bovine leukemia virus Phylogenetic analysis sequenced nucleotide sequences BLV env -gene locus main, but not only, approach to pathogen genotypic classification. Metods aim study was identify single-nucleotide polymorphisms -gene, considered as diagnostically significant for SNP genotyping based on direct sequencing data PCR-product. Results Alignment 101 type isolates known genotypes revealed 155 single polymorphisms, which 35 were significant. At same time, SNP-genotyping, an 22 characterized sufficient, 14 are genotype-specific relation nine studied viral (C232G 3rd, G84A 4th, A117G, T326C C412T — 5th, C394T 8th, C40G 9th, C132T 10th, T113A T256C 11th, T49C G140A 12th, C83A T304C 13th genotypes, thereby ensuring their identification. other 8 polymorphic positions genotype-specific, interpretation results detection has identification value remaining 4 genotypes: 1st (G205G A337A), 2nd (T220C A334G), 6th (A127R, C132C, T153C C341C) 7th A334A) respectively.

Methods for genotyping single nucleotide polymorphisms.
One of the fruits of the Human Genome Project is the discovery of millions of DNA sequence variants in the human genome. The majority of these variants are single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). A dense set of SNP markers opens up the possibility of studying the genetic basis of complex diseases by population approaches. In all study designs, a large number of individuals must be genotyped wit...
متن کاملThe Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms in the C-reactive Protein Gene: are they Biomarkers of Cardiovascular Risk?
Recent pre-clinical and clinical studies have revealed the C-reactive protein gene (CRP) is related to the degree of acute rise in plasma C-reactive protein (CRP) levels. Moreover, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the CRP gene could associate with increased risk of cancer, atherosclerosis, diabetes mellitus, bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, obstructive pulmonary disease,...

Dear Editor, The recent article by Mohammadzadeh et al.[1] on the latest issue of this Journal showed that the T allele +276G/T SNP of ADIPOQ gene is more associated with the increasing risk of coronary artery disease (CAD) in subjects with type 2 diabetes. Adipocytes were described in myocardial tissue of CAD patients and their role recently discussed[2,3]. Susceptibility to CAD by polymorp...
متن کاملA graphene-based platform for single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping.
A facile, rapid, stable and sensitive approach for fluorescent detection of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is designed based on DNA ligase reaction and π-stacking between the graphene and the nucleotide bases. In the presence of perfectly matched DNA, DNA ligase can catalyze the linkage of fluorescein amidite-labeled single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) and a phosphorylated ssDNA, and thus the for...
متن کاملHigh-throughput genotyping with single nucleotide polymorphisms.
To make large-scale association studies a reality, automated high-throughput methods for genotyping with single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are needed. We describe PCR conditions that permit the use of the TaqMan or 5' nuclease allelic discrimination assay for typing large numbers of individuals with any SNP and computational methods that allow genotypes to be assigned automatically. To dem...
